There are a number Simmers who have the annoying bug that after the last patch (es) many lots (in the Sunset Valley area and River View - Adventures in the World neighborhoods) completely blue and actually invisible.
I have found 2 solutions that hopefully works: 1 of SimGuru:
Before World Adventures, the Mods folder and file Resource.cfg were placed in the following directory:
C/ProgramFiles/ElectronicArts/TheSims3 or go to the directory you installed to your game.
WA When installed it created a new folder under:
C/Programfiles/ElectronicArts/TheSims3WorldAdventures.
This is where you need to move your Mods folder and file Resource.cfg. to C/ProgramFiles/ElectronicArts/TheSims3WorldAdventures
You can move the Mods folder and Resource.cfg by right-clicking, selecting Cut, then Paste into the appropriate directory.

The other solution that can help is to restore corrupt saves as described in this notice on our site.

Later this afternoon we set a line of translation according to how well EA Support Sims 3 has to remove. Maybe that helps? By now I do not know what the hell should I give advice. Very annoying for all Sim fans who still does not work

Got everything working and no longer blue destiny but after 3 trips to China come back and suddenly everything is blue ????? Am pleased that all downloads on the Mac version work again.

Yes Edwin, I also had that. When I load a new game, I have no blue fields. Of course, my sim extensive travel. China and Egypt gave no problems, but when my sim came back from France, all was blue .... GRRRRRRR
I agree with you hiki. My puppets can not move and household together, then the game closes itself off / freezes. Would Ea a new patch for us? Did you also contact them on? Hey this is frustrating, as you rejoice in an extension and get alongside countries also HEEEEEL many problems. Bales. Now create a waiting world in December. This solution does not work for me and others, restoring corrupt saves, I do not quite understand. I can not find that file, to me there are other files in that folder.

I have one weeks time Sims WA fespeeld initially without major problems and then suddenly the blue lots. I advice you to move to WA the Mods folder, but that did not. Eventually moved to the folder Sims 3 and 80% of the mods deleted it and that helped.
Could it be that some mods blue lots cause?
There is also someone from a different site that says 3 things you should move to the WA mods sites:
1. The mods folder
2. resource.cfg file
AND
3. The d3dx9_31.dll file in your bin directory Sims 3.
But gradually I know it not, what do you think about the past?

Frankly, I no longer as time goes by, the advice we have given few come from sim guru's. I still regularly look at the official U.S. forum but there are a lot of topics in almost all the same problems and no solutions. It is thus waiting for a patch I'm afraid.

I had that blue fields and also to have my opinion of my husband - started new, unfortunately - always saved games to "save as ..." instead of just "save". He was the problem that ordinary store the new information - the holiday destinations - and not be included in the "save as" a large area is being searched for information that should be saved. I do not know if this sounds quite understandable, but since I like everything ... opsla. I had no problems, at least not with those blue faces. I do have other glitches, but those are probably bugs in the game (such as beetles not be found ....).

The problem with that "save" not working is solved with an emergency patch, you will find the latest in the Sims 3 Opstarter. Did you already? Maybe there is some problem with that blue destiny and you should still save with "Save as ... '?

Well, I had called too early. I just wanted to play nice again, all my plots is blue. With the "save as" so I have nothing resolved. I probably just lucky that a few days I could play without problems. You could almost go back your money questions ... ... Based on the last two posts is apparently nothing to do but wait for a patch. If plaster on the wound, I expect that the first or accessories grab a penny in the stores will be located ...
