VRevis was one of the visitors to the Sims Creators Camp 3 January 2009 that was held at the headquarters of EA in America. A week could sim fans and webmasters of many fan sites out there, months before the release, Sims 3 test and play and there was considerable attention paid to the official sites.
After Creators Camp to the release of Sims 3 every 2 weeks we were able to enjoy an update in which attention was paid to the visitors 2: often with an interview and videos there (also see these messages on our site). The links to the videos of VRevis did not work really well and since then the problems are just piling up.
She is already 7 months communicating with the American support for its Sims 3 EA account to get up and running but unfortunately, that still does not work. A report of this very frustrating "nightmare" can be found on her blog.

So if you contact EA Support and get answers within one week then know that they are very busy, figuring out some things very time consuming and it can always be worse than not a quick answer or a working solution to your problem .
For many technical questions you can visit our forums sometimes better: there are many members you only too happy to help. And stupid questions do not exist, only stupid answers!

pressure or not you paid something from € 50, - for the sims that I will find you minmaal expect that if in order.
but hey what can you do about it.

Apparently I saw a translated page, Because I'm now seeing it in Dutch! I Tried to translate the comment above me, but wasn't sure what he was trying to say. From what I gathered, he / she Said That We Were pressured whether or not, we paid € 50, so expect at least Should that (good customer service?), But what we Can do? My answer is That Can we get the word out, as I've been trying to do for SEVERAL months, now, and put EA's tech support team on blast. Up Until now, it's been falling on deaf ears.
Like I Said, You Might Want to recitals linking to the actual write up I did for the article to give a RYG Clearer picture? The link is in my post above.

Does this have anything to do with the anger of the anti-cc EA?
